Our experienced team includes estimators, project managers, journeymen electricians, technicians and an in-house electrical engineering staff. Mark is instrumental in all phases of the daily management of the company that include finance, personnel, project analysis, contract negotiations and customer relations. His overriding goal is to generate growth for High Tech Electric while providing quality customer service.
	Bob Walrod Senior Vice President Project manager / estimator Years of Experience: 35 Education: Iowa Central Community College, Briar Cliff University Honors/Activities: Journeyman Electrician License: NE, SD, and Sioux City, IA 30-Year Member of the Akron Fire Department Safety Training officer for Akron Fire Department Bob, as senior vice president, has played a vital role in the start up and growth of High Tech Electric and has been a major contributor in the success of the High Tech team. His strong work ethic and experience are valuable assets in the estimating and management of construction projects. Bob has designed and wired grain-processing operations in the Siouxland area and for years owned his own electrical business. Having been self-employed for over 20 years, Bob knows the importance of quality work and customer satisfaction. Some of the projects that Bob has been responsible for include: Hy-Vee Stores - Sioux City & Spencer Iowa Menards remodels - Sioux City, Fort Dodge, Des Moines and Council Bluffs Major retail store remodeling projects Fire Station #6 restoration, Sioux City Medical facilities and Schools Industrial facilities
	MacKenzie Harvey Vice President Years of Experience: 7 Education: Drake University Honors/Activities: Member of the National Association for Women in Construction Member of the Associated General Contractors of America MacKenzie Harvey serves as Vice President specializing in multi-phase residential, large-scale custom homes and remodeling projects. MacKenzie oversees the day-to-day operations of the Des Moines office including personnel, project analysis, contract negotiations and customer relations. MacKenzie has been instrumental in several major residential projects in the Golden Circle area. Mac has developed a team of dedicated and hard working individuals who are head and shoulder above our competitors in the Des Moines area. Her team leadership and project management skills have made her and her team vital to the success of our customers. Outside of High Tech MacKenzie enjoys cooking, bowling and spending time with her family and friends.
	Mike Johnson Branch Manager Years of Experience: 15 years Education: NJATC Electrical Apprenticeship Honors/ Activities: Journeyman License South Dakota and Sioux Falls Assistant Chief of the Ravinia Volunteer Fire Department Mike Johnson is the Branch Manager for our Pickstown, SD office. He has played a vital role in High Techs success and growth in the area. Mike started with High Tech in January of 2004, and since then has proven to be a great asset to the company, as well as our South Dakota customers. Mike truly cares about his customers and they have learned to trust him and his team to be ready, willing and able to meet any and all challenges.
	Scott Sward Estimator Years of Experience: 12 Education: Sioux City North High School, 1981 Iowa Electrical Apprenticeship Training 1998 Honors and Activities: State of Iowa Scholar, top of class Iowa Electrical Apprenticeship, Masters License Sioux City Iowa, Journey Electrician license in South Dakota and Nebraska As Shop Forman Scott is responsible for many of our important accounts. He oversees a group of electricians dedicated to the service of our customers, and nobody is better at putting out fires and trouble shooting than Scott.
